Vitamin C is what we get from eating  citrus fruits  such as oranges and lemons.Also known as  ascorbic acid ,it is a powerful antioxidant that helps to promote the health of our immune system. Vitamin C supports the healing, growth and repair of body tissues and is also necessary in the production of collagen, which helps create new skin,thereby reducing the signs of aging.The antioxidant properties of vitamin C help in skin regeneration and  protects the  skin from free radical damage as it heals.
