Step one
Clean your face as you would normally do. Next,you need to soften your skin and open your pores so that its going to be easy to extract the pimples. You can do this by either steaming your face bending over a basin of warm water with a towel over your head or by holding a warm face towel over your face for a minute.Steaming allows the blackheads to get a little loser and come out more easily.For a hassle free, salon experience you can also use a professional facial steamer.
Step two
Apply your sterilizer of choice to the area where the pimple is. Just soak a piece of cotton wool and gently apply to the inflamed area.This is to avoid infecting the area.
Step three
This is the most important part,so take care to use the extractor properly to avoid scarring.Place the loop of the extractor on the whitehead or blacked and gently press down on it .Apply pressure to the sides of the blackhead if it does not come out at the first attempt .The pressure will force the blockage out as a plug.Repeat this for the other whiteheads or blackheads.
Step four
Cleanse your face , then apply toner and moisturizer.
Step five
Disinfect the extractor using a sterilizer or you can simply wash with hot soapy water. Allow it to air dry then store it away in a clean bag for the next use.
